What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring guides who bring three things:

Professionalism. You show up prepared, on time, and steady.
Curiosity. You love learning the history, geology, wildlife, and stories of the West.
Heart. You naturally take care of people — families, kids, multi-gen groups, VIPs, everyone.

No ego.
No drama.
Just people who want meaningful days and meaningful work.

Who We Are
Teton Excursions is a small, tight-knit team of professional guides who care deeply about delivering unforgettable days in Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and beyond.
We’re not a big bus operator.
We’re not a volume shop.
We’re a boutique luxury experience — and people trust us because we show up prepared, calm, friendly, and world-class.

What Makes a Great Guide at Teton Excursions?

You Create Amazing Guest Experiences

Guests consistently say you were the highlight of their trip.
You help families slow down, connect, and make memories that last.
You anticipate needs, stay attentive, and deliver days people rave about.

You Stay Calm, Prepared & Professional

You run smooth days — even when weather or wildlife changes the plan.
You’re thoughtful with communication and confident navigating the parks.
Guests feel safe, relaxed, and excited with you behind the wheel.

You Represent Teton Excursions With Pride

You show up with a clean vehicle, solid gear, and a great attitude.
You communicate clearly with operations and take responsibility seriously.
Guests trust you, request you by name, and tell their friends about you.

We invest in you, train you, and treat you like a professional.

A job that feels like a calling.
You get to show people Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and the West in a way that changes their lives.

How to Apply

Becoming a Teton Excursions guide is simple:

1. Fill out the short interest form.
Tell us who you are, where you’ve worked, and why guiding calls to you.

2. We’ll reach out personally.
